White House Hiding Deepwater Public Data

The list of foreign offers of help to close the leaking BP Deepwater oil well was finally announced on June 29.The US will accept 22 offers of assistance from 12 of the 27 countries and international bodies that have volunteered to help.  It includes 2 oil skimmers from Japan.

The official memo is available on the Department of State website.  It mentions a chart of who and what, posted at: http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/143488.pdf

But when you click on the link, the referring page returns “File Not Found.” I did a search through the site, and it’s not there. I was clearly there at one time, but not today.

It’s day 70 and not making much progress. What’s the White House trying to hide?
